Overall Rampantapathy provide an excellent service!!
I lost my satnav unit code, having had the car battery replaced I was therefore without the stereo and satnav. Having discovered Rampantapathy I had my VW unit decoded and returned in 2 days.
A complete service that had taken me almost 8 weeks to find - was fixed in 2 days.
I'd recommend these guys to anyone with the same problem.
