Erase the original factory key data from any Kenwood Mask Unit either disabling the security check or allowing the use of a clone/replacement remote.
Update, May 24, 2004. We can now offer the above IR Kenwood D-Mask Eraser that will erase the original factory key data from any D-Mask unit allowing the use of a clone/replacement remote where the original factory remote is either lost or damaged (you can even disable the security check altogether so no remote is needed at all!). This solution does not need the Kenwood stereo to be opened or stripped down in any way. Price is only £195-00 which includes shipping within the UK, shipping to mainland Europe is only £10-00 extra.
Clone IR remotes to give to the stereo owner (if they require one) are £35-00 each. These remotes will function exactly like an original remote.
A bundle offer is also available which includes the Eraser and five Replacement Remotes for £350-00.
